Information you provide
When you request a session, Aptiaura collects your name, email address, phone number, session preference, and any details you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your request and arrange a session.
Booking forms
Booking requests from both the home and contact pages are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to the booking email address after activation. Please avoid entering sensitive health or financial information in the message field.
Your choices
We do not sell your booking information. You may request access to or deletion of your submitted details by emailing connect@aptiaura.com. We retain booking details only as long as needed to respond and manage the service, subject to any applicable legal obligations.
Career explorer and external services
Choosing Send and Show sends your name, email address, mobile number and ten answers to our server to calculate your result. We email the result to you and send a copy to connect@aptiaura.com. External fonts and icons may also load from third party providers.
